2 c. beets (canned)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drained beets, combine sugar, cornstarch, celery salt, onion salt. Add vinegar and liquid fro beets. Cook until thick & clear. Add beets & butter. Simmer 5 minutes and serve.
