1 pkg. yellow cake mix (NOT lemon)
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello

juice of 2 lemons
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes, or until done. Leave in pan. Immediately perforate with fork tines along the top. Spread with glaze.

Glaze: mix together lemon juice and powdered sugar.

Karen would make this for they boys' fishing road trips to the coast. They would set it on the dash of the car while fishing. It would be "just out of the oven" warm when they were ready to eat.
