1 pkg Knorr Rice Sides chicken flavor
1 can (15 oz) corn
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, undrained
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in strips
1 tsp cumin (optional)
1 C shredded, Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Rice according to package directions. Stir in corn, beans, chilies, and cumin.

In skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat. (4 mins or until thoroughly cooked).

Arrange rice mixture on plate and top with chicken and cheese.
