2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 c. pecans, chopped

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For cake: Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, pineapple, eggs, and pecans together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. When cool, spread icing over top.
For icing: Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
