2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 Tbsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. steak/fajita seasoning
4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. dried minced onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 c. water
6 oz. can tomato paste
28.5 oz. can crushed tomatoes with puree

Brown beef in Dutch oven. Drain any fat. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, uncovered.
