1.5 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 egg
2.5 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat powdered sugar and butter in mixer, on med. speed. Add vanilla, almond extract, and the egg. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Wrap dough in saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll out 1/8" thick and cut into shapes. Place 2" apart on baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake 7-8 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack.
