1 lb. flank steak
Marinade:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. of lemon juice or 1/2 lemon squeezed
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. of sugar
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:

Cut flank steak against the grain into 1/2 in. strips. Combine flank steak with marinade. Marinade for 1 hour or overnight. Put marinated meat onto bamboo skewers (Note: Soak bamboo skewers in water first before grilling on BBQ grill to prevent burning) to BBQ over grill. About 5 minutes on each side. Make sure grill is hot before placing meat.

This is a family favorite because everybody loves it (even for the picky eaters)! We like to eat this with jasmine rice and salad :)
