3 c Whole Shelled Nuts any of the following: (Almonds, Pecans, Cashews,Macadamia)
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Kahula
1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
1 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place nuts on a cookie sheet. Roast in a 300º oven for 20 minutes. Stir once after 10 minutes. Let cool.

In 1 quart saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to hard crack stage (300)º on a candy thermometer. Working quickly add nuts to the pan and stir to coat.
Spread nuts on cookie sheet. Cool and separate into small chunks. Store in airtight container.
