2 onions, peeled and quartered
1 pork butt (pork shoulder) roast
salt and pepper
11 oz. can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 (12 oz) cans Dr. Pepper
4 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions in bottom of crock pot with pork roast on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour chipotle chiles on roast. Pour Dr. Peppers over chiles. Sprinkle brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove roast to plate and use two forks to tease meat apart. Skim any fat off top of crock pot liquid. Then, add meat back to pot. Serve on buns.
