1 TBS butter
4 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 LB)
3/4 LB lean pork shoulder cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
Dash of pepper
1 – 10-1/2 oz each of Condensed beef broth & condensed tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 5 quart Dutch oven, Add pork and cook until almost browned. Add onions & continue cooking until onion is tender & meat browned. Stir in beef broth, tomato soup & 2 cans water. Stir in cabbage & seasonings. Heat to boil Cover and simmer 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
