4-5 pork chops
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c raw onions
1 can beef consomme
1 can beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in a little oil in frying pan. Melt butter in a 9x13 casserole. Spread rice over butter. Mix liquids and chopped onions and pour in. Place chops on top.

Bake 350º for 1 hour.
