3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, whipped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. sugar

Filling:
1 lb. ground nuts (walnut/pecan combo is what I usually use)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Soften the yeast in warm water, stir in 1/2 tsp. sugar. Sift flour, sugar, salt in mixing bowl, cut in butter. Beat eggs, yeast mixture and sour cream. Add flour mixture and mix well. Divide into 4 dough balls. Roll each out individually. Mix together ingredients for the filling. Add milk to moisten and to make easy to spread. Spread the filling on the dough. Roll up and make slits on the tops. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake for 25-30 minutes for until brown.
