1 lb. grilled chicken (approx 3 chicken breasts)
1 can northern white beans
1 tbsp. dark chili powder
1 tbsp. regular chili powder
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
1 c. brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the chicken with the cajun seasoning and grill completely. Cut into bite size cubes and place in a deep sautee pan or pot. Add beans, chicken broth, onion flakes and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over brown rice.

This is a delicious basic chicken chili that kids love. It is also tasty with 1 can of rotel, and any of your favorite veggies added before boiling.
