1 lb. boneless beef round, cut across the grain into 1/2" thick strips
1/2 c. bottled teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 lb. frozen broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. oil
1 red bell pepper
2 tsp. peeled and chopped fresh ginger
4 scallions, cut into 1" pieces
white rice

Combine beef and 1/4 c. of teriyaki sauce. Marinate 4 hours.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cook broccoli florets just until not frozen (either in microwave or on stove)
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce with corn starch. Stir until smooth.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over high heat. Remove beef from marinade and add to skillet. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from pan onto plate. Wipe out the skillet and add 1 Tbsp. oil. Add red pepper, ginger, scallions, and broccoli. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Add sauce corn starch mixture to the pan and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, or until it begins to thicken. Return beef to skillet and cook for another minute. Serve over rice.
