1 pkg. frozen cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. chicken broth
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic & onion
2 c. frozen yellow corn
pepper

Directions:
Thaw frozen cream-style corn. In large Dutch oven, melt butter and add chopped onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add broth, tomatoes with their juice, frozen corn kernels, and defrosted cream-style corn. Season with pepper. Raise the heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
