Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Thomas brought this recipe home from school after a classmate took the bars for a class treat. The kids went crazy for them, so the teacher made copies. At the top of the typed recipe, Thomas crossed out "Abby's Favorite Bars," and wrote "Tom's Favorite Bars." Then he wrote at the bottom, "Don't throw away!!!"

The amount of margarine in this recipe is not a typo. Don't worry; the oatmeal soaks it up! Abby's mother calls these her "Fat Bars."
