1/4 c butter
1 10 oz pkg marshmallows (about 4 c)
5 c Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in 3 qt sauce plan over low heat. Add marshmallows and site constantly until melted and syrupy. Remove from heat.

Add rice krispies cereal and stir until well coated.

Spread mixture into buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Using wax paper, or buttered spatula, press mixture firmly into an even layer.

Cut into squares when cool.
