2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp grated onion
2 TBS lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated American cheese
1 cups crushed potato chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Toss. Pile lightly into individual baking dishes.

Sprinkle with cheese and chip mix. Bake 350⁰ 15 minutes (longer for large bakers), until heated through. Makes 5-6 servings.
