3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. thick sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and flavoring. Add sour cream, 1/2 of the flour, salt and baking soda. Then add the rest of the flour.
Roll out to 1/8" - 1/4" thick. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.
