Ingredients:  
4 Quarts of boiled and peeled beets (10 pounds)
6 cups of sugar
3 cups vinegar
2 cups of Beet water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the vinegar, beet water, sugar and spices.
Add cut up beets and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
Put in jars.

Recipe from Mom and her sister Agnes. I came from our family reunion in Medora 2007 and here my Aunt Agnes was canning beet pickles in Williston, and so I was able to help. Then went home and had to make some for our family for the holidays too. We all loved this recipe for Beets
