2 bags of small red beans
¼ Cup Salt

3 cans of Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 Large Can V-8 or like
1 Bottle of Cilantro
1 Bottle of Ground Cumin
1 Package of Taco Mix
½ Cup Cholula Seasoning
Chili Lime
½ Bottle of Chili Powder
15 – 20 Yellow Chili’s Seed (chopped fine)
1 huge Onion (big as a softball)
4 lbs. Hamburger (crumble and cook)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans with salt overnight on low with plenty of water. Drain off water from beans. Add rest of ingredients.
Makes enough for the spud crew.
