2 cups cooked garbanzo beans ( or sprouted)
½ cup oil (grapeseed or olive)
1 green onion, cut into pieces
1 cup carrot, cut into chunks (opt.)
1 cup celery, cut into chunks (opt.)
1 cup tomatoes (opt.)
1 Tbs. Dill, basil, or parsley
2 Tbs lemon or lime juice
1-3 cloves garlic, peeled
¼ tsp salt

Directions:

Process all ingredient in a food processor. Season as desired such as: Pepper, or Hot Sauce. Chill. Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or corn chips
