2 ½ cups white beans, cooked and rinsed
2 Tbs. Plain yogurt or sour cream
2 Tbs. Lemon juice
½ tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Honey
salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed paste), opt.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste, then season as desired.
