6 lb. beans
6 lb. ham chunks
2 qt. tomatoes or tom. juice
6 qt. water
3 c. chopped onion
4 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight and drain. Combine with other ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Pack hot bean and ham into clean quart jars, leaving 2 inches head space for beans. Pour liquid from the mixture over ham and beans up to 1/2 inch of top of jar. Process in pressure canner for 90 minutes. Makes 12-14 quarts.
