½ cup cooking oil
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups pinto beans, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cups grated apples
½ cup milk
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar, and beans. Beat in eggs, apples, milk, and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Add raisins. Pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Glaze while warm with orange or lemon frosting.
