4 4 OZ. SALMON FILLETS (6 fillets for 6 people)

3 TBSPS. LIQUID HONEY

3 TBSPS. SOYA SAUCE ( LOW SODIUM)

1 TSP. GRATED FRESH GINGER

2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED

1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR

DASH OF TOBASCO

DASH OF WORCHESTIRE SAUCE

1/2 TSP. GRATED LEMON RIND

1 TBSP. OIL

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Place salmon in freezer zip lock bag and pour marinade over fillets. Seal and place in fridge for several hours or overnight. Turn bag over each hour.
Line a cookie sheep with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.
Bake in 350 oven for 12-18 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
