4 Cups Cubed Potatoes
1 Cup Chopped Onions
2 Cups Water
2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
8 Oz Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Bacon Bits
Green Onions Chopped
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Potatoes, onions, water and salt. Simmer covered about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mash mixture once or twice. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Return to heat and cook stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.
