3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) Carnation Evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch deep-dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually add the evaporated milk.

Pour slowly into pie shell. * I place my pie plate on a lined baking sheet first, then pour in the liquid. Doing this makes it easier to place into the oven without spilling the pie filling.

Bake in preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º ;
bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

* You can substitute 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon,ginger and cloves.
Do Not Freeze this pie, as this will cause the crust to separate from the filling.
