1/2 c. butter - DO NOT BURN
1 onion chopped fine
2 c. celery (tops & junkier stuff)
6-8 slices toast, broken - pour soup over to soak up (add water if not wet.)
2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. salt?
1/4 tsp. pepper? (amounts necessary)
1-2 tsp. poultry seasoning?
2 eggs, beaten some
1 c. milk or more (can be quite moist)

Pour in greased casserole and bake 'til it puffs up all over, 350º.
