1 lb. white beans (2½ cups)
5 - 6 cups water
1 onion, diced
¼ lb pork
½ cup molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse, sort and soak beans overnight. In the morning, drain water, add beans to a large pot and cover with fresh water. Place lid on, bring to a boil, then turn heat down and simrmer for 1 hour. Transfer the beans with the liquid to a casserole dish or roast pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 300º for 3 - 4 hours.
