Sliced Precooked Ham
Fresh Asparagus, Parboiled
1 1/2 c. Real Mayo
1 tbls. Lemon Juice
3 hard Boiled Eggs - Finely Chopped
Fresh Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap ham slices around asparagus spears (Several spears for each slice of ham) and place in glass baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 300º for 30-50 minutes depending on thickness of ham slices.

Meanwhile in small saucepan combine mayo and lemon juice and heat slowly. When baking is done, pour sauce over ham. Cover with chopped egg and garnish with parsley.
