1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pkg. dry strawberry jello (optional)
1 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries (drained)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Mix with electric mixer: cream cheese, condensed milk, and enough dry jello to color (if desired). Add pineapple, strawberries, and Cool Whip. Mix well; chill.

I like to use sliced fresh strawberries when in season. I often double this recipe for a bigger salad (seems small if you don't).
