14.5 oz. Rotini, cooked and drained
1 T. olive oil
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. meatloaf drippings
24 oz. pasta sauce with Parmesan & Romano
3 oz. Parmesan, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º. Spray 3 qt. casserole. In 3-4 qt. deep pan, put oil and saute' pepper and zucchini 5 minutes. Add drippings. Stir in rotini and sauce. Spoon into casserole and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Delicious!
