2 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Lb Ground Pork
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Large Yellow Onion Chopped
8 Oz Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Water
1 12 oz. Beer
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
6 Beef Bullion Cubes
2 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Unsweetened coco
3 Cans Van Camps Red Kidney Beans
1 Can Original Rotel
1 Can Hot Rotel
Slap Ya Mama Seasoning To Taste

Brown beef and pork. Stir in garlic and onion and cook until tender. Add tomato sauce, water, beer, chili powder, bouillon, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, coriander, and coco. Cover and let simmer for two hours or longer. Add Slap Ya Mama about 15-20 minutes before serving.
