1 can (20 oz) Chunk Pineapple in Syrup
1 Whole Chicken Breast, Split, Boned and Skinned
2 Large Cloves Garlic, Pressed
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
2 tbls. Vegetable Oil
2 Medium Carrots
1 Green Pepper, Sliced
4 oz Spaghetti, Cooked
3 green Onions

Sauce:
1/3 c. Reserved Pineapple Juice
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
1 tbls. Cornstarch
1 tbls. Sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Cut chicken into chunks. In wok cook chicken, garlic, ginger in oil for 2 minutes. Add pineapple, carrots, green pepper. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti mix up sauce. Pour into skillet with green onions. Toss until mixed.
