4 - 5 small potatoes
Small bag of baby carrots
1 large onion
3 - 4 lb. Chuck Roast
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Place potatoes and carrots on bottom of crock pot. Rub salt and pepper on both sides of meat, then put in pot. Peel and slice onion and lay on top of meat. Mix one envelope of onion soup mix with 2 c. of water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on Low, 10-12 hours. (On High, 5-6 hours.)
