1 T vegetable oil
1 lb or 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin or chuck
Salt and Pepper
6 Beef Chicago Dogs
large onion, diced
red bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
15 oz can red beans, drained
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 T chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
12 oz bottle of beer
nacho cheese sauce
green onions and sour cream for toppings

Slice hot dogs into 1/2 inch and brown in oil til caramelized. Remove from pan and brown beef. Remove beef annd saute vegetables til tender. Add seasonings and cook 5 min. Add beer and simmer 5 min. Add tomato sauce, beans, hot sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Simmer 5 min. Add hot dogs and beef. Simmer 15 min!

Order of plates, chips, chili, nacho sauce and toppings!!
