1 egg yolk
1 C. corn (with liquid - about 2 T) I use left over corn, which usually has enough liquid.
5/8 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp.baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Seperate egg and to yolk add ingredients. Batter need to be a little tacky. You can add more liquid or flour if need be.
Next fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by spoonsfull in hot fat. Fry until golden.
