1/4 c. Butter, softened
3/4 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c. Sour cream or Yogurt
1 1/2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Milk
1 c. Blueberries
1 c. Rhubarb, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add egg and sour cream, mix well. In another bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg mix alternately with milk to the flour mix, mixing with wooden spoon. Just to combine, do not over mix. Gently fold in rhubarb then blueberries. Fill prepared muffin cups with 2/3 of batter. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
