1 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 c. Cooked pumpkin
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
Frosting:
2 tbsp. Butter
2 c. Icing sugar
1-2 tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine top 5 ingredients and blend well. Mix dry ingredients and blend mixes together. Drop by rounded tsp. 2" apart. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until lightly browned.
In sauce pan melt 1/3 c. butter over med. heat until golden brown, blend in with your frosting ingredients. Frost cookies when cooled. Add color to the icing if you want.
