4 c. Rhubarb, chopped
1 1/3 c. Sugar
6 tbsp. Flour
1 tbsp. Butter
1 Pastry for 9" double crust pie
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour. Sprinkle 1/4 of it over pastry in plate. Heap rhubarb over this mix. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and flour. Dot with small pieces of butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 and bake for another 40-45 min. Serve warm or cold.
