4 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. milk
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 T. Morton Tender Quick Salt

SAUCE:
2 cans tomato soup
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well: ground beef, onion powder, garlic salt, liquid smoke, pepper, dry mustard, eggs, water, milk, graham cracker crumbs, and Morton Tender Quick Salt. Shape into balls and put in a Pam-sprayed pan. Bake 325º for 25 minutes. Drain fat. Mix together sauce ingredients, pour over ham balls, and bake 1 1/2 hours more. Delicious!
