2 lbs boneless pork loin, cubed
3 cans whole kernel corn
2 potatoes (diced)
3 4-oz cans diced chilis
2 t ground cumin
salt to taste
1 T vegetable oil
2 stalks celery, diced
2 tomatoes chopped (can use canned tomato bits)
4 cups chicken broth
1 t oregano

In large Dutch oven or deep skillet with lid, brown pork cubes in oil over medium heat until slightly browned. Add remaining ingredients to pot. Cover and simmer for one hour. Serve hot with fresh tortillas or tortilla chips.
