2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanille extract
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350º. Grease and flour 2 9" round baking pans. In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs. oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove from mixer; stir in boiling water. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10-12 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack. Cook completely. Frost with Peanut butter frosting.


Peanut Butter Frosting
4 c. confectioners sugar
2/3 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 milk

Combine in large bowl, mix until smooth
