Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lg. can chilled black olives drained
1 lg. can chilled mushrooms drained
1 green pepper
4-6 green onions (tops included) depending on size and stoutness of onions if use 6.
1 pkg. Hormel dried beef
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in large bowl while you chop remaining ingredients. Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Works best to use a small electric chopper. Together chop olives/mushrooms. Chop dried beef alone. Works best to hand chop green onions and green pepper using a knife (electric chopper doesn't chop them as fine and they end up mushy). If you use a chopper, be sure to drain off excess moisture.

Add chopped items to cream cheese with seasoned salt, mix thoroughly. Place chopped pecans on a large piece of wax paper, divide cheese mixture into thirds and roll into a ball over pecans. Could also use as a spread on crackers, or spread on tortilla's, roll and cut into pinwheels. This makes 2-3 good sized cheese balls. It keeps for a good 2 weeks.
