1 lb. medium (4 cups) Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. Coleman's Mustard or Chinese Mustard
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
Dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. butter
8 oz. Beer

Directions:
Grind or grate cheese. Mix all ingredients, adding beer slowly. Beat in cheese. Store in covered container.
