10 C chicken broth
1 C uncooked wild rice
1 stick margarine
2 C chopped celery
1/4 C chopped onion
2 C coarsely shredded carrots
3/4 C flour
2 C milk
1 small jar chopped pimentos
2 C cooked diced chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse rice and cook in broth 40-50 minutes. In skillet, melt margarine. Add celery, onion, and carrot. Sauté 10 minutes or until tender. Add the flour and cook 2 minutes more. Add to the rice. Add the milk, then the pimento and chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
