2lb hamburger
salt and pepper
1/3c vinegar
1/3c brown sugar
1tbsp flour
3tbsp mustard
2/3c water
1/2c ketchup
2tbsp onion (finely chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamb with salt and pepper. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over hamb. Simmer for 1 hr. This does well in the crock pot also.
