3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
3 tsp. Cinnamon
3 Eggs
3 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. Sugar
2 c. Zucchini, grated
1 c. Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 2 8"x4" pans. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar. Add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mix, beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined. Pour into pans. Bake at 325 for 40-60 min. Cool in pan on rack for 20 min before removing. Cool completely.
