Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lg. bags Chester Puffcorn
1 (24 oz.) pkg. Plymouth Pantry Vanilla Almond Bark
1 to 1-1/2 T. Crisco shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Put Puffcorn into a large bowl; must be able to stir without spilling contents. I use a large metal bowl and wooden spoons. Place package of almond bark in a microwavable bowl; I use glass pie dish. Melt almond bark in microwave at 15 second intervals; stir in between intervals until completely melted down. Then add shortening, microwave until melted, and stir into almond bark. Shortening is used to thin the almond bark; do not use water. Now pour over the Puffcorn and mix with wooden spoon until evenly coated. Spread out onto cookie sheets until coating hardens. Store in air-tight container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Plymouth almond bark found at WalMart. Chester Puffcorn looks like Cheetos, only no cheese added, and it tastes like popcorn. Any brand of shortening will work.
